Setting Up Your Workplace Pension Scheme

Very soon, every employer in the UK (that is around 1.35 million businesses) will be required to automatically enrol their workers on a workplace pension scheme.

This new system – named Auto-Enrolment – is being phased in over a number of years and will see pension contributions shared between employees, employers and the government.

Every business will have a staging date, by which the business must have a workplace pension scheme in place and offered to its employees.

The Pensions Regulator website has lots of useful information and resources about the upcoming changes, which will help you in the months and years ahead.
